Security Improvements :
a. Passwords can now be up to sixteen characters in length
b. Password history can be enabled to block users from reusing a recently used password
c. Option to require at least one special character
d. Passwords are now case-sensitive (until passwords are changed in this release, users should log in with uppercase passwords).
e. Option to require both upper and lower case letters
f. Support for MS Internet Explorer 8
g. Support for Mozilla Firefox 3.5 (beta) (Firefox 3.0 will not be supported)
Icon to Request a New Certificate :
An icon is now provided to open a new browser window to request a new certificate. This icon should be used when
the system begins informing the user that their certificate is going to expire.
Billing Contact :
A Billing Contact name field has been added to the main customer profile screen.
Expanded User Name Field :
The user name field can now accommodate names up to 28 characters.
Support for New SEC Code 'IAT' :
This release includes support for origination and returns/NOCs using SEC code 'IAT'.
IAT is the new NACHA designation for international ACH transactions. Until 12/31/2009,
the system will also support CBR/PBR. IAT is being provided now so that users can
evaluate and test usage of this code. You must not submit "live" files using code IAT
until Septemebr 18, 2009.
Extract data from NACHA files:
An 'Extract' button is now available on certain ACH file grids including imported ACH files.
The button is intended for users to extract the basic information found in entry detail
reocrds (6 records) in a NACHA file. The data is extracted in comma-delimited (CSV) fashion to a file
that the user saves to disk. The CSV file can then be used to import data to create other
ACH databases, import into an external G/L system, etc.
