Integrated check scanning for your SBT ACH software system

SBT introduces software and hardware support for scanning the MICR line on check and sharedrafts for Accounts Receivable (ARC), Point of Purchase (POP), Back Office Conversion (BOC), or Represented Check (RCK) applications. Support is available in Release 3.1 of our ACH software products. With these ACH applications, users can convert checks/sharedrafts to e-checks (electronic checks submitted to the ACH network) and capture a front-side image of each check, saving money and allowing for faster settlement. Gone are the days of running to the bank with your check deposits on a daily basis...get on board with state of the art Online Deposits via ACH.

 

SBT has selected the MagTek MICRImage scanner which connects directly to a USB port on your PC. The device scans the MICR line on the check or sharedraft and provides an image of the document.

Once a simple template is created, checks are scanned directly into the ACH system allowing the operator to enter the check amount and account holder name.
